British heavyweight wants Zhilei Zhang fight, slams Joe Joyce’s performance

Joe Joyce suffered a brutal KO defeat in his rematch with Zhilei Zhang on Saturday night.

Joyce, 38, could not get revenge and was crushed by a tremendous right hook from ‘Big Bang’in the third round of their contest.

And speaking to IFLTV Derek Chisora was not impressed with the display from Joyce. He said: “All Joyce did was put on weight, that’s the only change he made. I don’t know what the f**k he was doing in there. I don’t know what style that was. Zhang just waited for him, lured him in. ”

Chisora then declared that he would beat Zhang, he continued:

“It’ll be a long night but I’ll beat Zhang. I like southpaws. Joe should fight Dubois. Great fight.”

Chisora was in action last month winning a controversial decision against Gerald Washington. But his performance left many fans and pundits calling for his retirement but the veteran fighter has vowed to fight on.
