The Raptors are signing undrafted Kansas State guard Markquis Nowell to a two-way contract, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Nowell is 5-foot-8 and averaged 17.6 points and 8.3 assists last season as a senior for the Wildcats.
The Raptors signed Nowell immediately following the draft. They selected Kansas small forward Gradey Dick with the No. 13 overall selection.
We will likely see both representing Toronto during the Las Vegas Summer League next month.
Undrafted guard Markquis Nowell – who set an NCAA tournament record for assists (19) on Kansas State's Elite 8 run – has agreed to a two-way NBA contract with the Toronto Raptors, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.
