At #12 on our list is Georgia Tech junior guard Miles Kelly. Kelly is one of the best catch-and-shoot players in the ACC who has incredible range. When he rises up for a shot, you expect it to go in every time. However he is not just a one-dimensional player, Kelly is athletic enough to create his own shot and also can have some acrobatic finishes at the rim after driving to the hoop.
