The Tennessee Vols are expected to receive an official visit from one of the top five-star recruits in the nation this summer.
According to On3's Chad Simmons, five-star offensive tackle Andrew Babalola is in the process of finalizing an official visit to Tennessee.
Babalola already has an official visit scheduled to Oklahoma for June 21.
The Sooners appear to be the Vols' top competition for the highly-coveted offensive lineman.
Babalola, 6-foot-6/280 lbs from Overland Park, KS, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 4 offensive tackle in the nation and the No. 26 overall player in the 2025 recruiting class.
Tennessee is also pursuing 2025 five-star offensive tackle David Sanders Jr, who is rated as the No. 1 offensive tackle in the nation.
Sanders, a Charlotte native, is arguably the Vols' top remaining recruiting target. Clemson and Georgia, along with Ohio State, are also hoping to land Sanders.
Tennessee's interest in Babalola seems to suggest that the Vols are determined to land a top offensive tackle during this recruiting cycle.
The Volunteers currently have seven players committed to their 2025 recruiting class. They don't have a commitment yet from an offensive lineman.
