In recent years, TikTokers and social media influencers have played a role in making the law of attraction, or simply making your thoughts and beliefs your reality, more mainstream. The practice has become so popularized that many people use it as a tool to revamp their everyday lives.

Implementing manifestation practices into your routine can reap many benefits. From an improved sense of self to happiness overload, shifting your personal beliefs could positively impact your mental health. But to see those benefits, folks must be intentional about the content they consume.
