Nicolas Cage revealed to Collider that he may not be done with the Spider-Verse just yet.

Voicing Spider-Man Noir in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Cage was absent from Across the Spider-Verse, which left fans speculating about his return to the world of Spider-Man.

Prime Video currently has a Spider-Man Noir live-action series in the works with showrunner Steve Lightfoot, so the scope is there for Cage to reprise his role.

He told Collider, "We have been talking," going on to explain what draws him to the character is "I can combine my favorite golden age performances, i.e. Robinson, Cagney, Bogart, with a character that is...widely considered [to be] Stan Lee's masterpiece."

Cage closed the conversation, however, with "nothing's definitive yet. It's just conversation," which doesn't rule out a future for Cage as Spider-Man Noir, but also doesn't confirm one.
