The Pittsburgh Pirates may have had an exciting game against the St. Louis Cardinals, but there was plenty of excitement to go around in their farm system.
Several prospects like Lonnie White Jr., Bubba Chandler, Termarr Johnson, and others showed up on Saturday. In addition, there were some dark horse prospects that had a huge game.
One name in particular is Omar Alfonso in Bradenton.

Another game against Buffalo and another loss against Buffalo for the Indians. This time, Indianapolis lost 7-3, with Jared Jones giving up five earned runs in five innings pitched.
Vilade and Owings were the only Indians to have more than one hit.

LF Lolo (Kevin) Sanchez
The Curve dropped a challenging game on Saturday to Erie in extra innings. A wild pitch from Cameron Junker allowed Erie to walk it off by a score of 3-2.
Lolo Sanchez led both teams with three hits.
C Wyatt Hendrie
RHP Bubba Chandler
The Grasshoppers offense exploded for eight runs in their 8-1 win over Hickory. RHP Bubba Chandler touched the high 90s in his outing and continued to show why he’s among the Pittsburgh Pirates’ top pitchers in the system.
Termarr Johnson drove in two runs and had a double to boot.

One of the Pittsburgh Pirates top prospects, Lonnie White Jr. had a night for Bradenton with both hits resulting in extra bases, but Omar Alfonso had a career night with two doubles, a triple, and four RBIs.
White Jr. and Alfonso fueled the Marauders 9-3 win over Palm Beach. In addition, the Marauders bullpen pitched five shutout innings after Owen Kellington gave up two earned runs (three in total) during his 4.0 innings pitched.
