The Creed Brothers could prove to be the Steiner Brothers of the modern-day, according to wrestling industry veteran Bill Apter.

Brutus & Julius Creed have been on a roll ever since the pair arrived in WWE in 2021. In June 2022, the pair defeated Pretty Deadly to capture the NXT Tag Team Championships and would hold the gold until that September.

The pair are not the first brothers to compete in a WWE ring, as the Steiner Brothers made an impact years earlier. On Twitter, wrestling journalism veteran Bill Apter said that the Creeds are showing signs of what made the Steiners so successful.

Apter's opinion on the pair certainly carries weight given his notoriety in the professional wrestling industry. Apter has worked on several wrestling publicans as a journalist and photographer and is best known for his time working with Pro Wrestling Illustrated.

It was Apter who created the first PWI 500 ranking in 1991, which featured Scott Steiner in the #5 spot. The ranking of the top 500 male wrestlers continues to be published each year to this day.

What's Next for The Creed Brothers?

On last week's Raw, The Creeds won a tag-team gauntlet match, earning themselves a shot at the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships. On this week's Raw, the brothers continued to pick up momentum with a victory over 'Dirty' Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh. It has not been confirmed when exactly their Creeds will get their shot at the titles, currently held by The Judgment Day's Finn Balor & Damian Priest.
