Will Ospreay Once Headbutted A Goat Over A Stolen Grape, ‘Technically’ Knocked It Out

Will Ospreay told a hilarious story from his childhood.

The Englishman started full-time with AEW earlier this year. He has been a revelation since joining, putting on some incredible matches and cutting some great promos in this time.

Ospreay has shown new sides of his personality recently, especially with his appearances on one of AEW’s YouTube shows.

Will Ospreay recently appeared on “Hey! (EW)” with RJ City. He told a hilarious story from his childhood.

“When I was 8 years old, my mom would go get her fruits from, like, this farm, but it wasn’t really a farm. We used to go get our fruit and vegetables over there, and I had this big pack of grapes. She was chatting away—she loves to chat, so do I, really—and I was eating these grapes and I was just stroking this goat, right?”

“But then this goat lunged towards my hand, right, and grabbed my grape. And I snatched him by the horns, so we’re in a tangle and then I was like, ‘give me my grape’—I didn’t swear at the time—I was like, ‘give me my grape,’ and my hand down the goat’s mouth. I was trying to get, and I was like nose to nose with it. “

“And then I went, ‘give it,’ I started headbutting the goat, so like, and it let go. So then my mom, like, obviously seeing there was a commotion, came running. I was like, ‘I’ve got the grape,’ and I put the thing in my mouth. She went, ‘don’t put the thing in your mouth,’ and smacked the grape out of my hand. The goat’s laying on the floor because it doesn’t realize what just happened. And like, so technically, I knocked out a goat.”

Will Ospreay’s hard-headedness has done him well in his wrestling career, but it really came in handy against that goat.
