WWE NXT video highlights: Cameron Grimes confronts Bron Breakker

Cameron Grimes has emerged as the next challenger for Bron Breakker's NXT Championship.

After Breakker made a successful title defense against Duke Hudson last night, Grimes confronted Breakker and challenged him to an NXT Championship match at the Great American Bash. Breakker shook Grimes' hand and told him that he's got it.

Grimes said that -- if Breakker didn't have Steiner as his last name -- he wouldn't have the NXT Championship. Grimes said he truly respects Breakker and knows that Breakker didn't eat off a silver platter, but he damn sure ate better than Grimes did.

Grimes told Breakker that his problem is that everyone knows who Rick Steiner is but no one knew who Grimes' father was. Steiner got to sit in the crowd and watch Breakker win the NXT Championship, but Grimes' father could only watch on from heaven when Grimes won the North American title.

Grimes said Breakker gets better and better every time he steps in the ring, but the one thing Breakker doesn't have is Grimes' heart.

Earlier in the night, Breakker had tried to offer Grimes words of encouragement following Grimes' North American title loss at In Your House. Grimes told Breakker that he isn't looking for sympathy.

NXT Great American Bash will air live on USA Network on Tuesday, July 5.
